We are fully committed to providing you with the best products and service we can.  We realise that sometimes you may decide to return an item so, this is what you need to do.

How to cancel your order, return or exchange an item

Always contact us at support@inchingcloser.co.uk prior to sending any items back letting us know if you would like to cancel, return or exchange.  Items returned must be accompanied by:

  • original receipt
  • customer email address
  • customer phone number
  • customer shipping address

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt; we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage.  Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.

We will then refund you within 14 days of receiving the item or receiving proof of return before receiving the goods back.  If you choose to have the goods delivered by more expensive means than the cheapest standard delivery option offered, we will only refund the cost of the standard delivery option which could have been chosen.  We reserve the right to reduce the amount of money refunded for items returned which show evidence of use beyond the handling necessary to see whether the items are as expected.

Faulty items

Please advise us as soon as possible if an item is faulty and not fit for purpose.  Don’t throw away any packaging or the item itself, even if it’s faulty, before speaking to us and agreeing that doing so won’t affect any refund that you may be entitled to.  If the item is deemed faulty, we will refund in full including postage and will ship a replacement item to you should you so wish.

All shipments must be insured for the full value of the contents.  Inchingcloser.co.uk is not responsible for uninsured packages.
